How to Print Paperless Office Forms in Color
I happened upon this knowledgebase article. Has anyone already tried it? I know we have had clients wishing they could have their logos, etc in color when they are emailing forms via paperless office.
How to Print Paperless Office Forms in Color
Select a Color Printer as the Output device Prior to Selecting the ""Paperless Office Output Options""
NOTE: Crystal Designer MUST be installed to process these steps:
1.Create a new Form Code and Click the Designer button to open Crystal
2.Make any modification to the Form (the key here is getting the non-Standard form code to Save under MAS90/MAS_xxx/Reports)
3.Go to File, Page Setup and click on the Printer Button
4.Select a Color Enabled Print Device for the output device then click on the Properties button
5.Once this screen opens, just click OK to accept, then OK 2 more times to return to the form
6.Save the form
7.Select your Paperless Output and print
NOTE: A ""Color Enabled Print Device"" can be any device capable of printing documents in color. The device does not need to by a Physical Device. The ""XPS Document Image Writer"" is a Windows system printer that does print in color and can be selected as the Output device. It is not recommended that you use the STANDARD form code.
