  • 1.  How to move Sage Intelligence License

    I have a client who recently got a new workstation after finally getting SI registered properly on her old one.  Now she's getting the message that all licenses are in use, but they do not have access to the old workstation to un-license it, which is the only way I can find to remove it and allow access from the new workstation.  Does anyone have a trick to resolve this?  Thanks!

    Sage Intelligence Reporting, License Manage.  Double Click on the Sage Account Number on the left and you will then see the computers the licenses are assigned to.  Right click on the computer name you want to delete, then click Delete.  When you try and access SI from the new computer you will be prompted to accept the available license.
