Doug and Dan are correct. All the factory RPTs on Premium are shipped from Sage using the SOTAMAS90 DSN. When you Print or Preview it auto-maps SOTAMAS90 to SQL OLE DB. But if you have to modify an RPT that involves adding a new field from another table, then you would open the RPT in Crystal yourself and manually choose SQL OLE DB and choose the Mas_Reports SQL login. This will force a re-mapping of all the fields in all the tables. It's pretty smooth except any date fields. These will pop up in Crystal as un-mapped and you would re-map those manually to the same field name, because in SQL they are stored as datetime fields.
Having said that, I have no idea if this will actually work but it's probably worth a shot as a test to open one of your reports and only change the Keywords. That is go to File / Summary Info / Keywords and change the "6.00" to "5.40". Now print the report and it will say it needs to get converted (or run Mascrcw.exe manually) and it may convert it to SQL OLE DB for you.

I would click the Back button then choose OLE DB and then the MS SQL Server driver. Choose the SQL server, and use the sa logon and password.
