  • 1.  How to Manually Track Vacation and Sick Pay

    I have a customer that tracks Vacation and Sick Pay by manually entering the amount Accrued in Employee Maintenance. They are on 2017.

    After upgrading them to 2018, the hours available in Employee Maintenance, Benefits tab is zero for every employee. It also does not appear to calculate anything if the numbers are manually entered under Accrued or Used.

    What am I missing?

    They have to setup a Time Off code and assign to each person.  The Time Off code doesn't have to automatically calculate (set calc to 0), but has to exist.
