Hey everyone,
I'd like to share a quick solution we implemented in Sage CRM for a client who needed to manage multiple bidders for the same opportunity.
Instead of inflating their pipeline with separate opportunities, we track all bidders under a single record, then switch the awarded company at the final stage. This also gives us clean win/loss data from each company's profile.
Would love to hear how others are solving similar issues.
