    Update:   Kevin answered this in Sage City and I posted to the wrong community anyway.  Problem Solved.

    I created a multi-line text UDF in CI_Item that I flowed into PO Entry Detail.  I created the field and customized the panel.  I am unable to lock the field, however.  I checked the Disabled checkbox in Customizer Selection, but I can still edit the data. v2019.2
