    How to hide select panels in customer maintenance? A client has asked if it is possible to hide the Status, History, and summary panels in Customer Inquiry. I know how to hide fields using customizer but can you hid a whole panel?

    What I usually do to hide fields such as costs, or entire tabs, etc., is use the ""Add external link"" (the chain link on the pallet). See the screen shot attached. Drag the red box over the entire perimeter of the area you wish to hide... in this case the entire perimeter of the screen / tab... then save it.

    I'll check it out. Will have a happy customer if I can make it work! Looks like we may have a winner! they want to ""hide"" or disable the whole panel. this appears to accomplish the objective. hides the content of the ""PSTATS"" panel. Thanks Doug.
