  • 1.  How to display PR2.2x Tax Tables in SAGE 100 STD v2019

I have a client running SAGE 100 STD v2019 and PR 2.2x, They would like to be reassured that their payrolls in 2021 are being calculated with the correct Federal Withholding and Social Security wage base.  How can I provide them with that information?

Download a schedule E in PDF format from the IRS.  Here's the link:

@Doug Higgs Thank you for your efforts/response. Yes the client can take a sample of entries and double check the tax calculations as shown on the Payroll Data Entry Audit report. However this a long term SAGE Payroll user who is used to maintaining the Payroll Tax Tables by downloading the TTU updates and then checking the Tax Tables against the Circular E and 15-T visually.  They would like to do the same in PR 2.2x.

Verifying the Sage 100 payroll tax tables against the Circular E and 15-T visually doesn't provide assurance the taxes are calculating correctly.  There could be a bug in the source code.  They can be confident the tax rates are being applied correctly by selecting a representative sample of Sage 100 payroll entries and manually calculating the taxes using the Circular E and 15-T.

Another question I have - how can we tell if the customer has the latest tax tables aside from re-running the tax table download utility? I haven't found any place where Sage indicates what the latest table being used is. I'm sure this is something I'm overlooking.

The TTU report seems to only show the date that the table was downloaded which I guess is some help.
