Just wanted to share a 2-min video demo of a goal-setting and tracking solution we built into a client's Sage CRM system.
Sales managers can now define monthly and annual targets (opportunities, quote values, win expectations) and have those reflected in each rep's dashboard with clear color indicators. It's all editable and supports seasonality. The idea was to give reps real-time insight into whether they're on track, without having to dig through reports.
