  • 1.  How to add a UDF to a report's selection list

    Client upgraded to 2018. They had a UDF in the AR Aged Report work table that used to show up in report's selection list. The UDF is still in the work table but is no longer in the selection. Is there a trick to get it to show up as a selection?

    Open the table in Custom Office and click Update to refresh things.  Make sure the Exclude checkbox is not on for the UDF you want to see.

    Delete from the WRK table and re add????  Rebuild the CO panels?

    All you need to do is update the table.  There is a KB article, and Sage should have fixed it in v2020.

    @Kevin Moyes I don't see the Exclude checkbox. The more I think about this, the more I believe this is not a normal UDF but added from a DSD addon. ​

    You have to update the source table for the report selection... not the work table.  Try AR_Customer for the AR Aging report.
