How the heck do these people keep their jobs? I'd like to be this totally incompetent and still have a job. You force a password reset. Don't send the reset email then you have no link on your website for ""contact us"".

FWIW, I used exactly that functionality last night. The password reset worked fine. It didn't land in your spam filter, did it?

Not that I can see. I looked everywhere.

The reset E-mail has always gone to our spam filter, so I naturally always look there.

And just like magic. Apparently there's a filter that pulls email before it ever gets to this new email inbox. Back to my wayne@s-consult.com email full time. I hate crap addresses that I can't control like this. Unfortunately I get forced to use a separate email with Sage.
