How does Anne Seidel keep her job? I dealt with her once before on a license transfer and it was so bad I was pretty much just the unpaid complaint department for the customer to complain about Sage.

Update 7/27/2012:
I just spoke to Sonja Rosemend who is apparently Anne Seidel's supervisor and relayed my frustrations at the two times where customers came to me because they were unable to obtain an update from Anne on the status of their license transfer.
