How does Anne Seidel keep her job? I dealt with her once before on a license transfer and it was so bad I was pretty much just the unpaid complaint department for the customer to complain about Sage. Unanswered multiple messages, emails Update 7/27/2012: I just spoke to Sonja Rosemend who is apparently Anne Seidel's supervisor and relayed my frustrations at the two times where customers came to me because they were unable to obtain an update from Anne on the status of their license transfer. sonja.rosemond@sage.com - (800) 854-3415 and extension is 340098

And when you do talk to her, the attitude is pure arrogance.

I've had conversations like that with her. I've had others where she was very nice and helpful.

Oh, a Sybal........... Perhaps there is no one to take her place and she hasn't found a better opportunity else where.

I agree, Wayne. It's difficult to understand. Surely there are still qualified, pleasant people out there looking for work?

Surely Anne has a superior ...

I posted my frustration in a comment to LinkedIn. 15 minutes later my RSM called and emailed. I told her I was concerned Anne might have died because she had not responded to my customer generated request despite two days of email and phone calls. Another 30 minutes later Anne sprang to life - I imagine much like the OD from Pulp Fiction did when they stuck that needle in her heart. At this point I can't even say ""unbelievable"" because it's the low bar Sage have now set for themselves so I do believe and expect these hassles now. Apparently the blog post rang Sage's bell. Just received a phone call from Sonja Rosemond who identified herself as Anne Seidel's supervisor to apologize for the problems with lack of communication on license transfers.
