How do you set a report to not have a printer selected in Crystal XI?

Under page setup

If you open the report in Crystal...go to file\page setup and select NO Printer at the bottom (Printer Options). I hope I understood your question and was able to help.

Well, here's the kicker. A new driver was installed and I cannot access page setup. I get a Memory Full error.

Unitstall and reinstall wth a reboot in the middle?

Also try selecting a different default printer under printers\devices

Therese what was the fix, so we'll know for future reference.

Per Alnoor: To get rid of the embedded printer, open the .RPT in Crystal from another machine that does not have the newer or older driver installed, such as your own PC. You should get ""The report uses an invalid printer - the default printer will be used"". At that time set the No Printer option and save the .rpt, and put it back on client's system. Worked like a charm!!
