  • 1.  How do you manually adjust Payroll Employer Taxes

I have a customer on Sage 100 Std 2019. They made a Payroll adjustment to an employee by only entering Sick Pay of -$165 and EPSLS Pay of $165 (net check of zero to employee). What ended up happening is the Employer FICA for the EPSLS earnings of $10.22 is missing from the Quarterly Tax Report. The employee records look fine, it's just the Employer reports.

I seem to remember a utility to correct the tax amounts? Or is it time to dive into DFDM?

If prior to 4/1/2021, wasn't the Employer Fica exempt for FFCRA?  So there wouldn't have been any.

@Nancy Hanson it was after 4/1 so I believe there should have been FICA. What is the defining date, Check Date or Pay Period Ending Date? Maybe I should confirm with the customer to be sure?

    I believe it's check date.
