    How do you change defaults on the period end panels? I don't want the client to accidently purge credit card information. Gut feeling says this has been addressed before but I come up with goose eggs doing a search. TIA

    Print Period End reports can be maintained via Period End Report Selection. I don't think there's a way to set a default on credit cards, as the purge takes place monthly based upon setting of # of days to retain credit card history (in AR Setup).

    No luck with custom office. The panel sets a default, but it would be an MD change.

    Send me their AR_PeriodEndProcessing.m4L file from the AR folder and I can make that quick change (let me know your default choice)

    Jeff - true - I guess a stern, written warning to users may have to suffice.
