How can you reprint a 2014 W2 now that 2015 is the only version that shows up in Aatrix?

If they processed their 2014 W2's from Aatrix/Efiling, there should be an option for 'history'.

Any chance the 2014 W2 was printed from an archive company? If so you have to change to that company to see it in Aatrix.

Select W-2 History from the list.

I am showing a screenshot of what everyone has been saying in this post.. this is from a system who filed in 2014 via Aatrix. This is version Sage Standard 2014 (not that it should matter)

Thanks, everyone. And I found out that... drum roll please... the client was on an old enough version last year that she used W2 printing from the menu (not Aatrix). Luckily we have the old version still out there, so I'll backdoor her in and let her print from there. But at least now I'm prepared for the next such question (either way).

When printing W-2s - always print a version to PDF and shove somewhere where you know where it will be later.
