How are you getting keys out of the upgraded Sage Atlas Partner Portal? Before I'd highlight the row and put it into some sort of page view. Now I don't seem to be able to view a row details - but there seems to be an export to spreadsheet. Is this info still viewable (and if so how) or does it have to go to Excel?

I just pulled some keys about 30 minutes ago. Information is viewable but you have to set your columns in Atlas which is a tad challenging. I finally just exported to Excel and widen the columns in a couple of seconds. Easy to do plus you now have the keys locally.

There used to be a button that @BrettZimmerman found which when you clicked it would show the row you were on as a page view. I've not found that feature yet. I can email the customer a very confusing list of products and keys from within the APP but I could only find the export to Excel option as well. I wonder why it can't just pop up on the screen? The export to Excel looks like it's a CSV so can probably be opened in Notepad.

Try the printer icon in the upper-right just below the trash can.

I did the printer icon and that output looks better but I haven't found a way to copy/paste the keys. It looks like some of the info is truncated on that view.

Agreed, just realized that. Although it appears the 2 Keys columns aren't being truncated. How are you exporting to Excel? When I try, by right-clicking in the Products section, I get a bad/dead New Web Query box in Excel.

There's a button in the upper right that indicates ""export"" - I click on the row then click that export button. I want to make sure I get all new keys updated because in 2014 the customer will need them if they print any tax forms through Sage Aatrix.

Ah, found it. That export format appears to be pretty usable.

@WayneSchulz, you can ""copy"" right off the main Products section.

Am I missing the complication? Re-size the column, highlight, and copy.

There used to be a full page view - click the line then there was another button to show it all on one page. I was wondering if that view had gone away (seems that it has).

Fyi, careful when exporting this data to Excel because some characters may get stripped out (e.g., initial 0 of Serial # data) - similar to when exporting an ALE lookup to Excel (e.g., zip codes that begin with 0).

Excellent point @BrettZimmerman - I spent an hour on this last month before I realized the leading zero was missing....
