    How are we doing on an agenda and assigned speakers for MOTM? When do we expect to have a document by?

    I hope to have a finalized agenda by the end of this week. I am going to say nay on the vendors who haven't paid so that makes some rearranging necessary.

    Do we have room for Acumatica and/or xTuple? If so then @PeterWolf should contact them and set a price and deadline for them to pay to confirm a speaking slot. Of the two I'm most interested in Acumatica as they seem to be gaining the most traction in the Sage channel

    Yes, we should have an opening for them (Accumatica). Have we determined a price?

    Once Peter has determined that there's no 11th hour overnight check from either BizNet or eRequester he'll contact Acumatica and see if they are interested in presenting and also give them a deadline by which to pay us (aka let us know).
