    How are others handling inactive customer accounts? Setting up a UDF for inactive, then modifying ALE's and report settings to exclude? Renumbering to a different division? Putting account on hold?

    I've usually been in favor of renumbering to a different division like ZZ that sorts at the bottom of the lookup window.

    I just create an Inactive check box UDF or define a specific customer type.

    I think inactive might be coming - I'd have to double check the April roadmap

    Dunno! I just vaguely it being on the plate for 2013 but I can't remember if it's 4.60 or a service update.

    Last year at Summit they said that there would be no 4.60; it was being called 5.0. We'll see what it's called this year. 2013, 5.0, or they might decide something different by that point.
