Hotel rooms numbers for MOTM are looking good. We are about where I thought we would be. We have 57 left to meet our guarantee of 280 of the total 350 room contract. We haven't had a lot of affiliates get rooms yet so they will likely absorb the rooms. At the each of December, if we will have a lot left over I may give back 30 or 40 rooms but we will see.
