General Consultant Discussion

I had used Summit Hosting and would make several thousand a year but after the clients were down two times in a year along with incremental drop of service I had no choice but move the clients.

I have now moved to GoToMyERP.  They have a rock solid solution. No down time.  No cryptovirus.  BUT, I have two MAJOR issues.
1. Their beaurocracy is a little more than I like with multiple emails and a zoho project to get a client up and running.  My clients require significant hand holding and monitoring for each step.  The clients then ask me to manage all of the emails. 
2.  **** Correction: Robert has reached out to address this issue and is getting back to me as to why this is happening.  There does appear to be money to be made******  I have 5 companies and close to 20 users on it with zero recurring income.  

MY QUESTION IS HERE:
Anyone had luck with a services that is fast to setup, works consistently and creates a recurring revenue model without setting up your own service (which I have no desire).

*Yes I understand the steps protects the clients system.
*Yes I know I don't need to make money on this but like making money.

Hard to really make a recommendation without knowing some things

- Are these customers on a recurring annual plan with you?

- Do you charge - if anything - to facilitate this? One time? Ongoing?

- Are the customer’s happy to G2ME?

- Are you performing the upgrades - for a fee? Or does G2ME do this?

I think you have lots of “make me a larger margin” options ( swing a stick and hit 15 cloud hosts ).

The most important question of those above IMHO = are the customers happy?

I have multiple models for making money.  One way is commission and even though everyone says that is going away, it hasn't yet.  I have subscriptions.  Not all user are on them .
