Hopefully everyone caught that PC Charge sales stop 11/1/11 and that support is stopping 12/2012. Look as if the doomsday for integration will be version 5.0 of MAS90/200.
My experience is that Sage has largely stopped supporting PC Charge quite some time ago (technically) because if you are so lucky as to need PC Charge support you first have to dial into the Sage support desk then if they find someone who knows how to connect you they have to call out to VeriFone.
You are much better off to have customers contract with PC Charge directly as the price is only $229 per year (includes software maintenance).
BE ADVISED: Sage indicates the last version they will support is 5.9.3 and VeriFone is VERY aggressive about moving people to the latest versions which means any customers on PC Charge that need to reinstall or do any troubleshooting might be guided by VeriFone to a higher level of PC Charge than that which is supported by Sage.
The time is now to have conversations with customers about leaving PC Charge.
