HOLY CANNOLI! Has anyone else started in on the Atlas training? There are 12 REQUIRED classes for any employee who logs in. It's taking me forever just to sign up for them - since they're required, how about a button to register for all of them at once....????? And I haven't even got to Support Ticket or KB yet, which is all I'm going to care about.

Hope they are better than the certification classes...

Are these anytime learning classes??? What kind of training is required for end users on Silver or Gold plan support?

I would think they would have to at least take the ALL EMPLOYEES, plus the KB and Support Ticket. Which is 14 classes. And yes, they are Anytime. They're better be really short, too.

I looked at one of them and it was under 5 minutes. Don't know about the others though.

I counted 25 total classes.
