Sage 100

Highjump/Accellos Integration\ Does anyone have any recent experiences with this integration to Sage 100? Is this a ""package"" that is installed for integration within Sage 100? How much customization is required on their part? Our customer was acquired by a larger company that already has a warehouse using Highjump/Accellos with SAP and some other ERP packages, so it would not be the warehouse installation but just adding integration to Sage 100.

I have a user who added this about 1-1.5 years ago. I think they're overall happy but the integration to warehouse seems to overtake quite a bit of Sage functionality. For example, when you go into an order there is a routine that pops up on screen visibly and imports data (a message Box appears). We've used SWK to manage the Accellos portion and so far as I know they've been happy. We just did an upgrade from Advanced to Premium and worked alongside SWK/Accellos and there was a lot more testing and setup but the go live from my view seemed only slightly more complicated. I know the customer works quite a bit with SWK/Accellos on technical issues in the warehouse. They may also be contacting SWK/ Accellos more than I'm aware.

WRT customization, this user had SWK/Accellos do some scripting work on UOM. Probably a few other customizations. This is a 50 User active Sage 100 site with half a dozen order entry people. It can get expensive and complicated but at the level it's probably to be expected.
