Hi everyone

I've noticed for the past day or so that we continue to have issues with delayed loading of pages, etc. I am working with higher logic to hopefully get this resolved sooner rather than later.  My apologies for any inconvenience.  

In the meantime, HL has requested some additional feedback.  

See below and please feel free to post about any delays or issues that you may have while interacting in any community. It is always helpful to give me the links to the pages as well.

We are currently investigating the reported slow loading times on pages.

Have any members reported any page timing out where a 504 error was present?

Do page load times improve with each page visit?

 Have any of the reporting members confirmed if they are not accepting cookies on their browsers?

I'm not sure if it's a 504 but it seems like once or twice a week I see some type of overall web error and a blank HL page. I usually can get back in by closing the site and going back to the page.

Do page load times improve with each page visit?

It's really hard to say. I do think the overall load time is poor and for me I also experience it from both the starting summary page which is supposed to be the culprit

As well as when trying to make posts (ie - enter a reply and click "post"). It's just overall sluggish. I don't feel I've had a great week ever where I have thought "problem solved".

I've gotten an error 504 a few times over the last few days.

Load times are inconsistent regardless of how many visits.

I accept cookies in my browser.
