I think this could be an important enhancement to our ability to increase community engagement for 2 reasons:
1. It should make it much easier for all members to see the upcoming calendar of events. The way this is currently handled is terrible. We want all members to easily understand how much education we offer beyond just the community threads.
2. Significantly reduce the manual effort required to operate the events, from our webinars up to MOTM. If we achieve this, we reduce the time commitments needed by volunteers and the financial expenses of paid contractors.
I think we should see a demo at some point. My preference is to do this after we are clear about what we want it to achieve for us. Part of that could be a rough cost-benefit analysis, which also then highlights the KPI's for its use.
