Here is the price sheet I preapred, comparing the costs of Higher Logic to existing Web Application in use at the time, such as Social Cast. This includes Jeff's figures on our spend for Web Applications.
We did increase costs ~$4,000 annual but not the ~10,000 number that gets incorrectly referenced during meeting.
First year costs were more, but included one-time fees for installs.
