We have received the renewal invoice for HL and Member Centric (Mobile app for HL).

It is $15,900.00

This agrees with the renewal price from last year. 

Since this is the first renewal year, I request board approve for payment. 

I've attached the contract from 9/18 and the renewal invoice 9/19.

You don’t need board approval. You have it already with the approval of the contract last year. However, it’s good to remind us when these things come up.

I agree with Robert's interpretation.
Because this is a SaaS product, suddenly deciding to discontinue renewals is not an option. If we ever want to consider this, the effort must be put in motion at least a year in advance.
