Hi Wayne, I'm hoping you are aware of this event since I would think Joni would have gotten permission from you to put this DataSelf training session on. If not, surprise! I have a question for you Phil Whirley and I are signed up to attend the Ed Kless/Ron Baker session, and we did get the early bird rate when I signed us up. The DataSelf training is much more beneficial to Phil, and I was wondering if it would be possible to remove him from the Kless/Baker show and receive some sort of a refund for that part? **Cancellation Policy:** Admission is non-transferable except to another attendee from a 90 Minds member firm. Cancellations received 30 days prior to event entitled to a full refund minus $250 administration fee. No cancellations accepted within 30 days of event. No refunds or credit allowed for no shows. If 90 Minds cancels the event, we will provide a full refund. In no event will we be responsible for airfare or hotel due to cancellation.

He could post an offer to sell/transfer the seat but all of that (unfortunately) seems like Brian's responsibility.

Advised no refund. I think it's really a Dataself issue if the member is pissed. We can't control what these affiliates do leading up to sessions.

If anything Dataself can comp his ticket but that is between them , Our policy is documented and firm.
