    Hi @AllynConway ! Automated Rental Management (ARM) by BCS Prosoft has been around forever (at least to me it's been around forever). IIG has Rental Maestro.

    ARM is the one I have heard good results with as well.

    I have one client using ARM. They lease furniture to apartment renters. Sometimes the monthly rental is billed to and paid by the renter and sometimes by the apartment management company. It handles delivery tickets and dispatch scheduling too.
