Hi everyone! My session description is due today for MOTM. We're planning to cover a lot of topics, but I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions of areas you'd like to see us include? Thanks!

Portals, customer self-service -- meaning a way for a Sage 100 user to send out an invoice with some means for the customer to click and pay online and have that flow back to Sage 100.

Yes, your portal elements are really interesting and useful. Also objective comparisons between WSP and common alternatives help us understand where you fit. It never hurts to use ""common objections and misunderstandings"" to help us understand the product space(s) you operate in.

Thanks, guys! Portals and self-service are our thing, so we'll definitely emphasize that. And per Jerry's suggestion, we'll talk about some of the other types of ecommerce options out there and when it makes sense to recommend us (or not). I'm attaching a document that includes some common objections/responses, and we'll make sure to cover this too. Can't wait to see everyone!

This just in from a customer whom I've spoken to about WSP. I think he is finally ready to make a decision but I found this interesting: Is Website Pipeline still the e commerce software you are using? Will this make catalogs also?

We actually don't create pdf catalogs. Most of our customers find they don't need them anymore once their online product catalog is available. We're happy to talk with him more about what he's hoping to accomplish!
