Hi Everyone! Looking for information on v2016 Sage 100/Sage CRM integration. Customer found a couple of things that are kind of weird and looking for an explanation. Customer creates a quote starting from CRM and item has an extended description. The whole extended description is not coming over from Sage 100 to CRM, only 1025 characters are coming over. Same thing with Customer PO, Sage is 30 characters, only 20 characters are coming over to CRM. This becomes a problem when printing the quotes as they have to print from CRM for reasons unrelated, and printing from Sage is not an option. I'm being told this is 'Sage Programming', and 'it's not a CRM Form Issue'. I don't know how to corroborate or dispute this statement. If it is true, then WTH? Why would this be done this way? Any options available?
