Hi - Does anyone know if there is an option, or what controls the size of the preview window when previewing reports. I know about the % option under user maintenance , but this is really just setting the size of the font, not the window size. We have a client who wants to understand if they can control this, including making it be full-screen, and also whether the control is on a report-by-report basis, by user, etc. I searched but did not find this... thanks in advance. Version 2015 Standard.. (not sure if anything changes on this in 2016/2017)

Their PDF program may have defaults that can be set, but the fonts will come from the Crystal Report font set. Under Adobe, you do have some view settings https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/viewing-pdfs-viewing-preferences.html

Curious if there's a resolution for this.

Per a KB article, I tried choosing a different printer/device, but that didn't help. This is v2017.3, but it appears it still happens on v2018.1.

Workaround feedback from a client: ""I found a workaround that solves this. It's not ideal but it works well. Free app online called Autosizer which lets you set any window to whatever size you want, and it will remember your settings the next time you open the window. The one thing I don't like about this workaround is that Autosizer is loaded on Windows startup and runs as a background process on your PC in order to work. Anyway, it's OK for now but let me know if you find a better fix.
