    Hi and Happy Holidays. A client has just upgraded to 2013 JO R2 with JOScan. When trying to run the JobOps Labor Register they are getting the following error: Record in JT_DailyLaborControl.M4T Update will continue to retry until record is available. However, no one is in the file...heck there's no on in the system. Synergistic thought it due to their not QC'ing the Import process. So we got Data Collector going and the guys at JOScan got things setup, but we are still receiving the same message. Ideas anyone?

    I tried updating the Daily Labor Register and received an error about a missing GL account, I added the overhead account to Applied labor account maintenance and received the error continue to retry until record is available. In DFDM I looked at JT_DailyLaborControl, found (3) strange records control key U, P and R with only a transaction date, deleted these (3) and updated without issue. Seems this new file is working similar the old jt_d9 when there is an issue with the daily labor update it throws bogus records into this file

    I logged into their system and found the same strange 3. Deleted them and asked the user to update. Will let you know if all went well. Thanks Lisa!
