I have a client running on Sage 100c 2016 Standard. The users all use the Classic workstation. One user logs in remotely using Team Viewer. When she accesses PR Employee Maintenance, the fields on the right of the screen, end up on the left. A sample is attached. the black file redactions are my additions, unrelated to the problem.
The IT people manually adjusted the screen resolution in windows off, and then back on to the normal resolution, and the screen corrected. Logging into Sage without Teamviewer also works. This is the only user affected, and there are no custom office screens that she would use that other, unaffected users would not also use. The resolution fiddling must be done each time she logs in remotely, so it's a little cumbersome.
Has anyone experienced this kind of behavior with Team Viewer?
