General Consultant Discussion

Hi all - not sure if anyone listens to podcasts? Wayne and I have decided to launch SMB Jumpstreet, a podcast geared towards business and technology consultants. Our goal is to provide relevant technology news and information every two weeks plus some thoughts around surviving the changes in our industry - recurring revenue, cloud computing, subscriptions, lower margins, etc. If you are in to that type of thing, please listen and provide feedback. Peter, I'm a drive and listen kind of guy, didn't see a function to download as a mp3, am I missing something?

This costume should be Peters new marketing tool for conferences. Imagine showing up for parties in this. The Website Pipeline folks would really have to step up third game !!

@JimSteele I'm the same way! It is currently available in iTunes if you search for ""SMB jumpstreet"". I am not sure how to share a link to,that or I would. What do you normally use to get files? We are also planning on putting it up in soundcloud. We are looking for suggestions on how to make it easier for everyone to access it.

On Android, I use Pocket Cast, which has a search feature which found smbjumpstreet and let me subscribe

Another shout out for Pocket Cast - I use it on b9th Android and iOS. You can set it to automatically download podcasts. Pocket Cast will automatically get rid of any podcast you've listened to and you can specify how long and how many podcast episodes to keep for those podcasts you may not listen to right away.http://www.shiftyjelly.com/pocketcasts/

@PeterWolf I usually just snag it off the website, NPR, Star Talk Radio, etc.., but just checked out Pocket Cast and it looks pretty cool
