Hi all! Do you know a way around the Report Footer printing on a new page (with or without ""Print at Bottom of Page""), even if there is room on the last page of the form/report? TIA

Look in the section expert for any ""new page before"" or ""new page after"". Also, you will want to address minimizing page footer to see if that helps your cause (also in the section expert.

Thanks Larry! There are no Common nor Paging selection checked for any of the Report Footer sections. Not familiar with minimizing, and don't see any selection for that.

This may help also: #Sage100 Quick Tip from Zip @NetatWork_corp: 'NewPageAfter' in Crystal causing extra/blank pg. Try formula on the setting: Not OnLastRecord https://twitter.com/MAS90_Zip

So, to correct my statement, for the Report Footer section (header, not individual sections) the ""New Page After"" is selected and grayed out, with no access to the formula. Any way around that?

Added Not OnLastRecord to each Report Footer section, with no change to the printing results.

The culprit was New Page After in a Group Footer. Thanks for the input!
