The Sage Summit website has been revamped and it now only shows Sage Summit Tour. This could be a subset of Summit or perhaps even replacing Summit. If it were to replace Summit it's possible that the tour (multiple stops) only happens overseas and Sage still has the main conference in North America though possibly without so much effort to bring in people from overseas.
