Hey folks I recommend you pull some organizational meeting together though I'm just as happy to ship all this stuff over to Jeff and wash my hands. I'm just awaiting arrival of the official checkbook for the new account. Realistically nobody has to lift a finger until you make a panic decision on how to pay the next Socialcast bill in October/November.

Need to see what you have before we get the tax return filed for 2011 and before we go forward with the IRS NFP status filing. Let me know when to expect the papeerwork.

What I'm going to do is pay both Jim and I for the meeting expenses. Unfortunately all I have is starter checks. Then I'll box this bad boy up and it's your baby.

This is going out today. When you receive it remember we JUST opened a new Bank of America account. There is NOT a new checkbook yet. Only the temporary checks. I've enclosed everything I have -- bank statements (new and old), prior check stubs (about 10 checks a year), deposit book, legal zoom paperwork received. Member listing is on the web site in GOOGLE APPS and I'll provide a link. There may be some additional new members to be invoices - that will need to be confirmed with Robert. I am stopping by the Bank of America branch to change the address to your location for statements. I will also ask them for a signature card so you can add whoever is needed as a signer. For new because I was the one opening the account I am listed as signer - I can sign a bunch of the new checks when they come in and by the time I send the new check book to you hopefully a new signature card is on file with Bank fo America.
