Here's an issue I spotted in Atlas as having recently been added. Just an FYI in case anyone encounters this issue: Issue Checks can print but are not recognized as printed. No ""Remove checks from printer/ Do you want to update"" prompt occurs. Get ""Checks must be printed"" in Check/Register Update Solution or Workaround Target or Version Corrected: Program Fix Process check run directly on the Sage 100 Server Use non graphical checks Steps to Duplicate Note: Steps must be run across network 1. Install 2013 Standard or Advanced 2. Log into 2013 from a workstation 3. Open Payroll Setup and confirm Graphical checks are enabled 4. Create payroll data entry run and run Payroll Tax Calculation 5. Print Checks. 6. Note that the printing status bar shows ""Please wait. Loading Crystal. 10%, 20%"" then done. No ""Remove checks from printer"" or ""Do you want to update check register"" message prompt. 7. Open Check/Register Update. Note the ""Checks must be printed"" message and you cannot update the check run. NOTE: the checks are physically printed, but the print window never closes and the check is never marked as Printed in check entry. https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20MAS%2090%20and%20200/Gated%20Customers/Warr_Svc_Support%20Plan/110-9000788.xml #atlasnew

Your kinding they are actually suggesting as a work around ""process checks on the Sage 100 server""! Unbelievable - if the prompts are coming up, why aren't they suggesting ""if the checks have physically printed, close the check printing window and select the check register from the Main Menu.

Maybe this is to get around the immediate issue and that a hot fix will be issued in a matter of days. But then again, if no one is going to start using v21013 for a few more months, what is the rush? Just wait on PU2.

I'm on a mission to get our few 4.3 Payroll clients upgraded this quarter, and I'd like to put them on 2013, so I hope this gets fixed ASAP.
