Has anyone ever seen this, i.e. deleted invoices that are impacting inventory?  We determined it's due to these 3 invoices still having line items, whereas other deleted invoices do not.  Also checking with ScanForce to see if they're aware of anything (re: SF, Multi-bin, etc.).  At this point it appears to be an isolated blip, of which they did negative Issues to correct.  Although I or the client have never seen this, ideally we'd like to prevent it from happening again.

ScanForce didn't have any magic answers for this.  As instructed by SF, the client ran the Rebuilt Sorts and Recalculate Committed quantities Utilities, but [as I expected] the -XD transactions remained.  At this point we agree this was likely due to a possible issue that occurred when these invoices were deleted (e.g. error or interruption).  In an effort to try and catch this in case it happens again, I suggested a report/query against the inventory transactions file for just XD Invoice Types and run it periodically.  And if this does happen again, SF can dig a bit deeper.

Thanks for the update.  Are you going to delete the lines via DFDM and rebuild?

We decided to just leave them as is since the client already performed I/M transactions to correct.
