So we're at 19 so far.

Also note that the addition of a business track does not seem to materially change the # of people. I think it would be nice to have an additional track -- and maybe we could use that room for vendor presentations? I would just be afraid of charging a vendor $x to give a presentation and then only three (or none) of our members go to the separate room. So the idea above - still have two rooms but maybe not worry if we cannot completely fill two rooms full of sessions as we could put a vendor in there doing a presentation if we did not have a business track presentation to fill that slot.

I think we need to see how the sessions lay out ... is it possible that we don't have full content for two full days of business and technical? Worse case ... I could do a small business marketing or sales session. We've been doing more coaching lately with customers around real basic marketing and sales activities that some of the members might be interested in and I would be happy to share what we are doing. Or facilitate a round table where people talk about what works / doesn't with marketing and sales.

I started a draft of an agenda. I think we might want to have a couple general sessions where everyone is together. This is a great start. Wayne - what is the left most column intended for? (The one with times under the day - but it parallels the second column where it is broken out by Technical or Business)
