Hey @KateKrueger I played with the schedule to get an accurate count on possible affiliate spots. Here's the update with the new times for Sage.

The Soul of Enterprise session start is 12:45 and ends at 2:00 pm, it's a live broadcast and we need to keep the broadcasters schedule.

Excellent, Friday looks great! Sorry didn't see this before, could you please change the 90 Minds Annual Meeting Saturday to 40 mins and give the other 5 mins to the Platinum session that follow's it? The Affiliates will notice if they don't have the same amount of time. THANKS!

We had a suggestion for a member session Roundtable How Did You Get Started in ERP? This could be recorded and used for promotions but more important the info helps us / group learn what brought the members into ERP and what training/education they may need in the future. Let me know what you think @JimWoodhead @MichelleTaylor1 @KateKrueger

I will make the change to Saturday. I also noticed that Friday starts at 8:00am and Saturday at 7:45am. Should they both start at 7:45?

No, they should both start at 8 am, breakfast ending at 7:45.

We have confirmation for Sage 100 Tips and Tricks panel - Beth Bowers, Wayne Schulz, and Madeline Stefanou.

We have confirmation for Moving a Customer to Sage 100 Premium - Alnoor Cassim has agreed to present. He's also considering doing the Visual Cut class too, since Kevin Moyes does not want to be lead presenter. (BTW we are likely to update the titles for these two presentation sessions.)

@KateKrueger - Acumatica sent in their Platinum app and APS sent in their Gold. so add two more. Also, we need to put back the two Acumatica Members Presented sessions, it's part of our agreement with them. I know, I know, it's squished. We'll review on Thursday.

Here's the schedule that we worked on Thurs 12/13 where we managed to squeeze in all the Platinum and Gold sessions. I'm sure I've messed up some formatting @KateKrueger! Sorry.

Just noticed, @KateKrueger, I didn't delete the second break after the group photo. We can add the 10 mins to Payroll session and end at 5:15 pm.

@KateKrueger updated schedule - we moved some sessions around, please check our times correct - 1 hour Platinum, 45 Gold. Also decreased the Sat Intro and added back that time to breaks.
