Here is the schedule I created for coverage of SC during the transition. I rotated Robert, Steve and Phil for the early hours but the rest of us have the same two-hour block throughout the schedule. Hopefully, this makes sense and works for everyone. Questions?

We probably should have discussed that! Do we simply reply to anyone who posts during our time and resolve whatever issue they may be having or answer any questions? Obviously, we'll get overlap but I'm hoping we're not overwhelmed.

If someone needs help, we should be able to handle it via email/post from either SC or HL. I wasn't planning on publishing this schedule just monitor SC/HL issues - it should be pretty obvious when someone needs our help.

I'm out at a client on Friday the 11th morning, so can someone trade with me? I could double-up on Monday or Tuesday...

What, you don't want to meet? How will I know it's Friday if we don't meet? :) Let's meet just in case - thanks. BTW the unique login count for Higher Logic is at 38 & that number grew rapidly once I sent a direct email out instead of relying on the SC broadcast. There are another 78 emails to resend (I'd hit the gmail send limit) so we should have a pretty good idea by Monday/Tuesday of total logins.

All, I just found out that my grandmother will be undergoing some surgery next week (the 18th), and I would like to be there with her for her recovery. Can anyone trade the afternoon shifts on the 17th and 18th with me for earlier days in the week? I realize this will mean doubling up, but I am just not sure what time she will need me, and want to play it safe. I can take an east coast morning shift if needed as well, my house is up early. Fingers Crossed on those later days it will have calmed down some as well.

I can also trade for an earlier shift on the 17th (anytime before noon MT) . She lives in Las Vegas and I plan to drive down on Thursday afternoon.

@MichelleForsey I could cover from 4-5:15pm-ish EST on those days.

An updated schedule.

We have 125 consultant members that have logged into Higher Logic successfully, at least once. We have 84 consultant members that have not logged in yet. 2 contacted me and I'm working with them Carol Soukup and Dianna Laughner. Note, one was due to captcha! It seems captcha is back on again in the Higher Logic, after being turned off for a few months. After click on reset password, the next screen displays email address and captcha. If the users browser is blocking captcha they won't see an issue, it just appears to hang on this screen. Have the user switch browsers or add 90mindscommunity...set as safe.
