Here is the link to the ""Old"" Sage support login site. Also I have added the link to our ""Helpful Link"" to the right. This bypasses the new portal. Heres hoping that it will be left up for a while.

I guess time will tell whether this will really simplify access. We now have ""one"" portal to access but unfortunately, we still have multiple customer/reseller numbers to enter depending on where we want to go. I now have a new number for Abra/FAS and a seperate number for MAS. What is the point? And this is the same for clients that multiple Sage products also. I can really see the client liking the new ""easy"" access..........

They did manage to get the MAS stuff added to my existing Accpac accounts, but I still have two, one as the company and one as a consultant. To add insult to injury, the log off link does not work, so I have to shut down the browser to switch between them.

I think you just need to login and register. Got there. And what's with the ""The portal is best viewed in Internet Explorer 7. If you use Internet Explorer 8 or 9,"" Are they serious? Nothing like being out of date. On the customer account is that just our account number with 4000 in front? Sage had mentioned a new account number being issued in March.

Welcome to Atlas! I think there are instructions somewhere on running in lower version of IE in compatibility mode.

As I always tell people on the Community, don't ever confuse progress with change as far as Sage is concerned.

...[in a very un-NFL-coach-like squeak]...Progress!?!? Don't talk to me about Progress!
