Sage 100

Here is a weird one - but then aren't most tech issues weird? v2016 Sage 100 Std, User is bumping up against their user license count. Things are OK until they get close or hit then ONE user (same one all the time) starts experiencing Error 43's and other (related?) ones. Her access to Sage is fine throughout the day as long as they stay below the count. When she looks at the master console, her workstation is always last (alphabetical?). CRM is linked to Sage so occasionally a different user will get an synchronization error with the Integration Engine which is possibly related to the license limit issue. To address the error 43's, I renamed the SY_console and SY_workstation tables. Issue is still popping ONLY for that one user. Thoughts?? FWIW, I for one can't wait until I can ask **Pegg** these questions, though she will NEVER replace the Minds!

Error 43 is format masking, right? I wonder if that user has weird Windows Regional/Date settings, or uses high DPI font display.

May try logging in as a different user in the same workstation and see if the error persists. Or not create a new user code.

are they Sage100c and is that user running the standard User interface? (as opposed to classic) I'm just wondering if so maybe work in classic for a while and see if that makes a difference.
