Here is a KnowledgeSync question -- is there a way to send an email when NO records meet the criteria? For example you want to send an email to each rep with a recap of their sales for the week. Is there a way to email each rep, and for any reps that have NO SALES, email them saying something like ""You have had no sales for the week""? If no one knows, I will email Don at Vineyardsoft and get the answer and post it back here.

Don Farber provided me with the answer -- you create a query as a count of records and anyone with a count equal to zero would get an email.

Interesting. So would this be two queries? One for record count and the other for those that had data?
