Here is a 2-pager outlining some thinking about our strategy to get our thinking moving. It borrows heavily from @JohnHoyt in a discussion we had last week. I have no doubt that he has some very good ideas to flesh this out further.
I hope we can do several rounds of expanding and detailing on this before our next board meeting, where I suggest that we concentrate on identifying what our final format will be (by the end of our 2/21 meeting), and what we must complete before then to be ready to act in February.
