Here are two proposed schedules. Adding the new general session pushed Saturday pretty late (Option 1) so I experimented with moving two of the silver sessions to Friday and removing the Affiliate meeting all together. That is option 2. Let me know what you think!

Is the Gold slot to be 15 or 30 minutes?

Gold should be 30 mins.

Okay. On Option 2 there are 2 Gold slots at 2:05 pm on Saturday that are only 15 minutes. Once that is modified, the only significant difference I see is that Friday ends earlier on Option 1. Is this a consideration for our dinner time?

Good catch Michelle, the block 2:00 - 2:20 pm block needs to be increased on either version. The Stepping Into The Future session should be less than an hour, perhaps 30-45 mins tops. Also, can we have Century and APS at separate times if we go with schedule 2? They are both credit card processors and we've had some complaints in SC about Century and I'd like members to have an opportunity to ask them questions at their session without having to choose between CBS and APS.
