Here are the three reports we'd like the vendors at our Pre-Summit Event to present. I'd appreciate feedback, I want the report requests to be clear to our presentation vendors. **Report 1** Inventory Stock Replenishment Build an inventory stock replenishment report for a purchasing manager/department to provide direction on what items and quantities need to be ordered based on lead times. Show sales made in the last period by item and customer. You must use customer sales history and inventory information. Needs Item Lead Time, Item Quantity on Hand, Item Quantity on Order, Item Quantity on S/O Backorder, Items sold prior period and sold in the last period by customer. You may want to show us how you would create the report by joining two separate reports, if your software has that capability. **Report 2** - Build a dashboard for sales managers with reference or drill-down to supporting reports. Build a dashboard using Excel, PowerView, or Power BI (non-financial) Show top KPIs such as top regions, top sales reps, top customers, top items, etc. Add these three reports as worksheets/drilldown 1.Sales Performance Analysis by Salesperson - for each salesperson list their percentage as a total of sales, percentage of sales paid/collected, number of new customers or items sold, gross profit, increase/decrease over prior period and prior year, drill-down to customer level. 2.Customer Performance Analysis - Customers sales are percent of all sales, payment activity including weighting for credits/returns as a percent of collections, sales year over year. Add an interesting grouping or filter, like location and if you can map graphically too. Filters by division, salesperson. 3.Customer that have not placed an order in the last time period. **Report 3** Presenter's Choice each presenter to select a report that highlights their reporting tool features.

Report 1: Should you specify whether Bill of Materials should be considered? This can make the report a little more complex in my experience. If so, it would be good to have it in the spec so the presenters know what to expect.

Good point @WayneSchulz - our demo data set does have kits, but I don't recall if it has BoM too, @JeffSchwenk do we need to add info on BoM or just kits?

Database has BOM module. Client set up BOMS to explode on SO entry as everything was made to order. A variation of the SO/picking sheet was used to build the parent item for shop floor control.

Modified Report 1 Description as follows: **Report 1 Inventory Stock Replenishment** Build an inventory stock replenishment report for a purchasing manager/department to provide direction on what items and quantities need to be ordered based on lead times. Show sales made in the last period by item and customer. You must use customer sales history and inventory information including Bill of Materials. . The demo dataset we are providing has Bill of Materials set to 'explode' during Sales Order Entry. Needs Item Lead Time, Item Quantity on Hand, Item Quantity on Order, Item Quantity on S/O Backorder, Items sold prior period and sold in the last period by customer. You may want to show us how you would create the report by joining two separate reports, if your software has that capability.
